RampClean.com ("we," "us," "our") provides aircraft detailing services from West Palm Beach to Homestead, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our client/owner-operator portal, and how we use it. See also our Terms & conditions for the terms that apply when you use our site, portal, or services.

Information we collect

When you submit a quote request or booking form, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, airport or FBO location, aircraft details (tail number, make and model), and any notes you add. If you ask us to address quotes or invoices to a company or a different address, we also keep the billing company name and billing address you give us.

If you have a client portal account, we also hold the records that account naturally builds up: your booking and visit history, quotes and invoices and their status, payment status, and any recurring schedule you've set up. Admin users' actions in the portal are recorded for the security purposes described under "Data retention" below.

How we use it

• To respond to quote requests and schedule detailing services
• To coordinate access with your FBO or ramp operations team
• To send confirmations, updates, reminders, or invoices related to your service
• To address quotes and invoices to the company and billing address you give us
• To maintain your portal account and booking history
• To keep our website, portal, and booking system secure and working correctly
• To introduce our services to aviation businesses, such as FBOs, at their publicly listed business email addresses. Every such email includes a way to opt out

Cookies & staying signed in

If you have a portal account, we use a cookie to keep you signed in between visits. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Information sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We may share limited details with FBOs or ground handlers solely to coordinate ramp access for a confirmed service. We also use trusted service providers to run our website, portal, and email communications (for example, cloud hosting/database and email delivery) — they process information only as needed to provide those services to us, not for their own purposes.

Data retention

We retain quote, booking, and invoice information for as long as needed to provide services and maintain business records, and delete it on request where we're not required to keep it. For security purposes, we separately keep a record of consequential account activity (such as sign-ins and changes made in the portal) for up to 45 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@rampclean.com. If you receive an email from us introducing our services, you can reply "no thanks" at any time and we will stop.
