Terms & conditions
Last updated October 2026
By visiting this website, submitting a quote request, creating an account, booking a service, or otherwise using any service offered by RampClean.com ("RampClean," "we," "us," or "our," meaning RampClean.com and the individuals operating it, pending formation of a permanent legal entity) — collectively, the "Services" — you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms apply to visitors to our public website, users of our client/owner-operator portal, and anyone who requests or receives a service from us, whether as a registered client or as a guest. See also our Privacy policy for how we handle your information.
1. Who these Terms bind
These Terms apply to every person or entity that uses the website, the portal, or requests/receives a service — aircraft owners, operators, their designated representatives, and anyone submitting a booking on an owner's or operator's behalf. If you submit a request on behalf of an aircraft owner, operator, or company, you confirm you are authorized to do so and that entity is bound by these Terms as well as you.
2. Description of Services
RampClean provides ramp-side aircraft detailing and related services (exterior wash/detail, interior cleaning, polish, wax, ceramic coating, and other add-on services as listed on our site from time to time) at the airports/FBOs we serve. Service availability, scope, and pricing are subject to change without notice on the public site, and are only fixed for you once reflected in a confirmed booking, sent quote, or invoice.
3. Accounts & portal access
Our client portal is invite-only. Submitting a request through the public site may create an account for you automatically so we can track your request; this does not by itself grant you portal access — that is only enabled once we send you an invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current contact and aircraft information and keep it updated.
4. Requests are not confirmed bookings
Submitting a booking request — whether through the public website, the client portal, or by phone — is a request only. A request does not reserve a date, time, location, technician, or price. Nothing is confirmed until the job's status shows Confirmed and you receive a confirmation email from us. Until then, we may decline, delay, or modify the request for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, notice requirements, weather, or FBO/ramp access restrictions. A job's status will show as one of the following at any given time: Pending (requested, not yet confirmed), Confirmed, Invoicing (service performed, invoice being prepared), Invoice Sent (awaiting payment), Closed (paid), or Cancelled. Only "Confirmed" and later stages represent a booking we are committed to performing.
5. Changes & rescheduling requests are not guaranteed
Any request to change a booking — date, time, location, services included, or cancellation — submitted through the portal, by email, or by phone, is a request only, regardless of how the request is labeled or submitted. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests, but no change is effective until we review and confirm it. We may decline a change request that conflicts with our schedule, minimum-notice requirements, aircraft/technician availability, or ramp/FBO access constraints. Until a requested change is confirmed, your existing confirmed booking (if any) remains in effect on its original terms.
6. Short-notice ("rush") bookings
Our standard minimum notice for a booking is 3 hours before the requested service time. We may, at our sole discretion, accept a booking with less notice than that — including a same-day or urgent request made by phone — and if we do, we may add a rush fee to the invoice for that job, in an amount determined by us. Accepting a short-notice booking does not obligate us to accept any future short-notice request on the same or similar terms.
7. Quotes
Some services do not have a fixed published price and require a quote. A quote we send you is an offer, not a bill — it is not owed unless and until you accept it and we confirm the associated booking. A quote is valid only until the expiration date shown on it; after that, it may no longer be honored and a new quote may be required. We may revise or withdraw a quote before it is accepted. Your acceptance of a quote is not itself a confirmed booking — the job remains Pending until we separately confirm it (see Section 4).
8. Payment obligation
By requesting, confirming, or receiving a service from us, you agree to pay all charges for that service — at the price shown on an accepted quote, or as reflected on the invoice we issue after the service is performed, plus any rush fee, add-on, or other charge disclosed on that invoice. Invoices are due upon the date stated on the invoice. We may require full or partial payment before performing a service, and may decline to schedule, perform, or release results of any further service while a prior invoice remains unpaid. Prices shown on our website or in a schedule/consolidated invoice are subject to the same terms as an individual invoice. If you ask us to address a quote or invoice to a company or a different billing address, we will, but that does not change who is responsible for payment: you remain responsible for the invoice if the billed party does not pay it, and you must keep those billing details accurate.
9. Cancellations
By you: You may request to cancel a Pending or Confirmed booking at any time before the service is performed; see Section 5 — cancellation requests are requests, not automatic, though in practice we will generally honor a cancellation of work not yet begun. We reserve the right to charge for time, materials, or a technician dispatched to the ramp for a booking cancelled with insufficient notice or cancelled after work has begun.
By us: We may cancel or decline to perform any booking — confirmed or not — at any time, for reasons including but not limited to weather, unsafe working conditions, denied or revoked ramp/FBO access, aircraft unavailability at the scheduled time/location, non-payment of a prior invoice, or safety concerns. If we cancel a confirmed booking through no fault of yours, our only obligation is to refund any amount you've already paid for that specific, uncompleted service — we are not responsible for any other cost, loss, or inconvenience that results.
10. Ramp & FBO access
You are responsible for arranging any access, permissions, or paperwork your FBO, airport, or ramp operator requires for us to reach and service your aircraft, and for making sure the aircraft is present, accessible, and unlocked (as applicable) at the confirmed date, time, and location. If we cannot access the aircraft through no fault of our own, we may treat the appointment as a no-show, may charge a fee for the wasted dispatch, and any rescheduling is subject to Section 5 and Section 6 (short-notice terms may apply to the new time).
11. Aircraft condition
You are responsible for disclosing to us, before service, any known pre-existing damage, defects, sensitive equipment, or unusual surfaces/finishes on the aircraft that could be affected by cleaning, polishing, or coating work. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, oxidation, or degraded finishes, or for damage to components or finishes that were already compromised before we began work. We perform services using methods and products we consider appropriate for the described aircraft type and finish; we are not responsible for a reaction between our products/methods and an aftermarket coating, repair, or modification we were not told about in advance.
12. Assumption of risk; no warranty
Aircraft detailing work is performed with reasonable skill and care, but we make no warranty — express or implied — that any service will produce a specific cosmetic result, remove all oxidation/staining, or restore a surface to a like-new condition, since outcomes depend heavily on the aircraft's existing condition, age, and materials. Services are provided "as is" beyond the express commitments in a confirmed booking, quote, or invoice.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RampClean harmless from any third-party claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: inaccurate or incomplete information you provided to us (including aircraft condition, access instructions, or contact details); your (or your representative's) unauthorized access to, or misuse of, the portal; or your violation of these Terms.
14. Communications
We communicate primarily by email to the address on file for your account or booking. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for monitoring it; a notice we send to that address is treated as received by you whether or not you actually read it. Quotes and invoices are emailed to that same address, even when they are addressed to a different billing company.
15. Website use
You agree not to use the public website or portal to submit false contact information, attempt to access another user's account or data, interfere with the normal operation of the site, or use any automated means to scrape, flood, or abuse our booking or contact forms.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website, portal, or Services after a change is posted means you accept the revised Terms. If we make a change we consider material, we will make reasonable efforts to also note it on this page.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the portal, or refuse to provide further Services to you, at any time and for any reason, including suspected abuse, non-payment, or unsafe conduct toward our staff or property.
18. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disaster, government action, airport/FBO closures or restrictions, or labor disputes.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
20. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms, together with any quote or invoice issued to you, are the entire agreement between you and RampClean regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject.
